This page is not an Advertisement. It contains material found in various Cinquecento Sporting tuners' catalogs. You'd better view this page with a sense of humour, otherwise it's a little heavy for your pocket to digest! You can always look at other places to have fun! I, in no way would like to offend the brands named herewith.

Tuning the Sporting's interior

Why not tune the interior, too? Many tuning companies, offer several good things that make the driving environment a lot more pleasurable place to be in, while, in the meantime some bits make it safer, too! Enjoy them...

Novitec Sporting InteriorNovitec have taken care of the interior, too. The steering wheel shown is a Momo unit with a Novitec logo in the horn. The floor mats are made of high quality carpet, with the company logo also written in carpet. On the underside they have a foam layer. Their cost? Don't ask! they cost 10 times over the mats offered by Fiat! Not shown is their carbon fiber kit for the cockpit (photo coming soon). It consists of moulded surroundings for the dial hood, the radio case, the vent controls and the ashtray.
If you want more, there are Momo's aluminum or carbon fiber pedals, which bolt over the existing ones. From Momo, also come other nice steering wheels, in red or yellow trim, and of course the shift knobs, in aluminum or color matched hide!

white dials The white dials you see here, are made by the Italian Birba Racing. They certainly give that Punto GT look to the Sporting! They are claimed not to lose their brightness over time and they should look beautiful, especially when back-lit in the night. a visual must?! Why not! They cost ITL 180.000 and the speedo reads up to 200 km/h (from 180 km/h)...
At first you are misled that the readings change, when installing the white dials, since the numbers are placed differently, in relevance to the original dials. Although I, myself have previously warned of this matter in this page, this is not the case! After having feedback and a good explanation from Birba, themselves, this is what happens: The white dials are coming with mounting instructions, where everything is explained. And, the most important: They continue to read the true speed!
(thanks Gianfranco!)
